A newly released court of appeal judgement will change the way meth cases will be sentenced - it's has been described as a landmark appeal. Anyone who can prove that methamphetamine addiction was the cause of their meth offending, could apply for a discount of their sentence up to 30 per cent. Children are practicing too hard at just one sport, US trainers have found. There are new guidelines that have been recommended in America urging parents to reduce the intensity and limit sports participation. The trainers warn young athletes are risking injury, burnout and lifelong health problems by pushing themselves too hard and specialising in one area. Exercise NZ Richard Beddie joins the discussion. The Duchess of Sussex says she was warned about the British tabloids before she married Prince Harry.
