Christchurch Central National Party candidate Nicky Wagner has been confirmed as the winner of the seat following a judicial recount of votes.
The recount was held after an application by Labour Party candidate Brendon Burns who previously held the seat.
The recount resulted in an extra two votes for Mrs Wagner, taking her majority to 47 votes.
