The Western Force Super 14 rugby side will appeal winger Nick Cummins' suspension for two weeks over a horizontal tackle on Bulls replacement back Jacques-Louis Potgieter.
Cummins, in only his third game of the season, was charged for the dangerous tackle in the 71st minute of Saturday night's match in Perth.
The Force back lifted Potgieter past the horizontal in the tackle and failed to subsequently support the Bulls back by helping to break his fall as he fell to the ground.
But the Force argue there was no intent from Cummins.
