Twin sisters Jools and Lynda Topp, aka the Topp Twins, are 'national treasures' here in NZ.

They have been entertaining audiences for more than 40 years as country music stars and comedians, with their characters like Camp Mother & Camp Leader and Ken & Ken. 

The Topp Twins have always stood up for their political beliefs and have been embraced by New Zealanders from all walks of life.

The Dames - who are also known as the Untouchable girls have released their first book , full of photos, memories and their life story.

2.00 Kate Simon Photographer on Bob Marley 

Kate Simon is a well respected American portrait photographer and writer. 
She is known for her photographs of influential musicians, artists, and writers, including Bob Marley, The Clash, Patti Smith, Madonna,, Queen, Led zeppelin, Andy Warhol, and William S. Burroughs.

Musicians and artists respected her and her work - Especially Bob Marley who used her photos for the front cover of his 1978 album, Kaya.

Kate photographed Bob Marley throughout his life - including his funeral in Kingston Jamaica.
Her new book REBEL MUSIC - Bob Marley and Roots Reggae is out now , featuring incredible, intimate photos of Bob Marley, his family and friends.

Charlotte Ryan spoke to her about how this relationship was formed - and what Bob Marley was really like.

It’s really no wonder that the music video for her catchy new RnB-pop single ‘Flower of Life’ was selected to premiere at the 2023 SXSW Sydney Film Festival.

For the first time STRAWPEOPLE are playing live – and planning their shows at SPLORE and WOMAD.
